For the year 2026, SEGULA Technologies Brazil is forecasting more than 600 new hires to support its continued growth and the expansion of projects with key industrial clients.
The recruitment will mainly target high‑value engineering and project management profiles, in order to reinforce major programmes in agribusiness, mobility (automotive, railway and aerospace) and energy. The people recruited will work on a variety of projects concerning both product and processes, such as developing cleaner motorisation solutions, modernising factories, installing production lines, defining new tool ranges…
Among the most wanted profiles this year: product developers, process engineers, project managers, embedded electronics specialists, motor calibrators, automation engineers.
Most opportunities will be located in Brazil’s South and Southeast regions, with additional remote roles dedicated to advanced technology and innovation.
Founded in 2003 in the Curitiba region, SEGULA Technologies Brazil has steadily expanded its presence through long‑term investments and close partnerships with leading industrial players. The group currently supports more than 30 clients locally. Since the pandemic, the company has tripled its workforce, now employing over 1,100 people nationwide. This expansion reflects increasing demand from industrial clients for high-value engineering and project management capabilities delivered locally.
“Our growth reflects both the confidence of our clients and the strength of engineering talent in Brazil,” said Aldemir Rodrigues, Managing Director of SEGULA Technologies Brazil. “We are proud to keep investing in the country, developing local expertise and offering engineers the opportunity to work on innovative projects with real impact on industry.”
Agricultural engineering centre driving recruitment
A key growth driver for 2026 is the company’s Global Centre of Excellence for Agricultural Vehicles, inaugurated in 2025 in Curitiba. Dedicated to the design, development and industrialisation of next‑generation agricultural machinery, the centre has expanded rapidly, attracting new clients and generating strong demand for specialised engineering talent. It is now one of SEGULA Brazil’s most dynamic hubs for innovation and recruitment.
